Introducing Dyslexia Mode

After months of dedicated effort, I am proud to announce that I have hit another milestone by introducing Dyslexia Mode for safety-critical learning in the UK rail industry.

This technology would allow learners to personalise their experience on the platform, improving accessibility and user comfort. By setting percentage-based parameters for word spacing and font adjustments, the platform would dynamically adjust its layout for each learner's preferences.

This customisation would affect the entire site, including learning and assessment modules, ensuring content is easier to read without impacting the experience of other users. It’s a thoughtful way to enhance inclusivity and usability, particularly for learners with specific visual or cognitive needs.

I firmly believe that training should be inclusive and accessible to all. Supporting and empowering learners not only enriches their journey but also contributes to building a stronger and safer rail network for the future.
