RBBL Issue 33 (December 2019 Rules)

Its coming near to the time we all have to ensure we refresh our operational rules with upcoming rules changes for December 2019.  Some TOCS are slow on the uptake on briefing this out, so we have attached the RSSB rule book briefing leaflet for December 2019.  

Please note:- December 2019 rule changes will come into effect on the 7th December 2019.
